臺大國際學院新設碩士學位學程「全球農業科技與基因體科學碩士學位學程 (Master Program in Global Agriculture Technology and Genomic Science, Global ATGS)」此外，國際學院亦致力於組織新的學程，「生物多樣性國際碩士學位學程」 (Master Program of Biodiversity)

將於 今(2020) 年9月開班，現正進行 明(2021)年入學之國際生招生，入學申請將分兩階段，第一階段為2020/08/03至2020/12/18止，並有機會提供高達1萬美金之獎學金。未來將陸續增設「防災減害」、「智慧醫療」等前瞻跨領域之國際碩士學位學程。
